Collection: Susan Fothergill

Susan Fothergill is a Toronto-born printmaker currently living and working in Toronto, Ontario. Her award-winning work has been widely exhibited and appears in national magazines, as well as in feature films and television. 

Working primarily in silkscreen and linocut, Fothergill creates highly textured, layered prints that incorporate hidden imagery, symbolic details, and fragments of text or stitchwork. Her practice explores themes of femininity, memory, and transformation, producing works that evoke both softness and strength through a distinct, diary-like visual language.
