Refund policy

Workshops & Classes
Full payment is due at registration. If Open Studio cancels a class due to low enrolment (up to 3 days before it starts), you will receive a full refund. No refunds, make-up classes, or substitutions are offered for other reasons.

COVID-19
If you are ill before class, a 50% refund may be issued. No refunds are provided once the class begins or if sessions are interrupted by public health measures.

Artwork
Artwork purchases are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days. Credit is valid for one year and is based on the item’s value before taxes and shipping. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged items caused by Open Studio will be replaced if possible; otherwise, a refund may be issued.

Donated/Sale Items & Gift Cards
Final sale; exchanges apply only to regular-priced items.

Exchanges
Returns are inspected upon receipt. Approved exchanges are issued as store credit. Questions? Contact office@openstudio.ca.
