Shipping
Open Studio ships all orders via Canada Post unless an alternative method is requested. Standard Canada Post shipments include insurance coverage up to $100. If you would like additional insurance for your order, please email office@openstudio.ca.

Packaging
- Small prints and merchandise are shipped flat in bubble mailers.
- Prints larger than 14” × 11” are shipped rolled in mailing tubes.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Open Studio cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
