Collection: Ooloosie Saila

As a child, Ooloosie Saila (b. 1991) was inspired to draw by occasional visits to the home of her friend’s grandmother, celebrated artist Kenojuak Ashevak. She began selling her drawings to the Co-op in 2015. Her work is characterized by a bold use of colour and composition, and focuses on northern landscapes and wildlife.
