Collection: Francisco-Fernando Granados

Francisco-Fernando Granados is a Guatemalan-born, Toronto-based multidisciplinary artist whose work spans performance, drawing, installation, and public art. Born during the Guatemalan Civil War, his experience arriving in Canada as a refugee deeply informs the politics and aesthetics of his practice. He works with abstraction as a conceptual strategy, using geometric visual vocabularies to explore identity, belonging, and cultural history. His work has been exhibited across Canada and internationally since 2005, and he holds a Master of Visual Studies from the University of Toronto.
