We are thrilled to announce that FUTURE PROOF, an annual online fundraising auction supporting Open Studio, is launching May 2nd at 12:00 pm ET. The virtual auction is open for bidding until May 9th at 5:00 pm ET, so don't miss out! For updates, join our newsletter here.

Why support FUTURE PROOF?

To assist us in planning for the future as we strive to continue providing a creative printmaking space for artists!

Open Studio is a charitable organization and an Artist-Run Centre in Toronto dedicated to contemporary printmaking. We offer inclusive and affordable printmaking facilities, programs, and services to artists and the public across Canada and beyond.

In March 2024, Open Studio launched the 'Save Open Studio' campaign, aimed at securing funds for a sustainable future. Our goal is to ensure the continuity of our unique printmaking space, serving both artists and the public. Thanks to our community’s generous support, we've raised enough funds to sustain operations until the end of June. However, we now seek further backing to plan for a stable future.

Participating in the FUTURE PROOF 2024F auction not only supports us as we prepare for anticipated renovations and our refreshed reopening in 2025 but also helps us fulfill our mission. By joining this online fundraising auction, bidders can contribute to our cause and aid artists of all backgrounds in creating prints for generations to come!
